This program is not a weight loss program. It is a program that monitors your body composition, helps you gain muscle, build bone, and lose fat in a way which no one else has done before.
Instead of using scales (yes, they don't use scales!) they use a new accurate body scanning technology which gives a far more precise read-out of your composition and they also help you gain muscle and bone weight.

" Practice metabolic eating. This type of eating greatly helps to avoid the starvation response, assists the thyroid in functioning, and can help you burn fat effectively. This is a good life long approach for eating, and is not just a short term diet or food replacement program.
Here are key points to metabolic eating:
- Eat a large protein and “good” fat breakfast. An example would be a three egg vegetable omelet. Add fish oil or Omega 3 “good” oils with the meal.
- Attempt to eat small portions every three hours. This helps digestion and thyroid functions.
- Avoid simple sugars and foods which convert to sugar easily such as soft drinks, rice and baked goods.
- Apply the 80% rule. Eat until you are 80% full, and then stop. Overeating is a major problem which may need some serious attention!
- Avoid a large meal or eating after 7:30pm. The body starts to slow down its metabolism rate after this time and does not process food well, which can contribute to fat gain.
It is better to become a fat burner rather than a sugar burner. To avoid this, you can increase your consumption of essential fatty acids, especially Omega 3 oils. It sounds counter productive, but increasing the “good fats” in your diet actually increases your ability to burn stored fat. "
